Bill made things run soo much smoother and I’m so thankful for him! I’m so happy and extremely lucky to know such an exceptional person on this walk through life. 

We were not home when the pipe burst. We were in contact with Mr. Lacroix by phone and email. It was a pleasure to deal with him and others. Whatever they said would be done was done. We arrived home to a completed and clean site. We were impressed and satisfied.

I was very impressed with the attention to details showed by the crew.
